Research trending products, analyse profit margins, and create optimised listings across UK, US, and AU eBay markets. You'll work from supplier catalogues, write titles and descriptions that rank, and keep listings compliant with eBay policy.

Handle order fulfilment end to end — place supplier orders, coordinate with suppliers on stock and pricing, push tracking numbers back to the marketplace, and manage shipment exceptions before they become buyer complaints.

Own buyer communications across our managed stores — answer pre-sale questions, handle returns and disputes, and protect store ratings. Strong written English and a calm tone under pressure matter more than prior e-commerce experience.

Monitor listing compliance, check pricing accuracy, flag duplicate listings, and make sure every store stays inside eBay policy. This is a detail role — you'll be the last line of defence before a listing goes live.

Manage a team of operators, coordinate daily workflows, report on store performance, and train new team members. 2+ years of team management experience preferred — e-commerce background is a plus but not required.
